We stand behind every bottle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Applies to one opened bottle per household per product (to prevent abuse)
- Bulk and wholesale orders are excluded
- Promotional, free, or gifted items are non-refundable
- Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@skinluna.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the product back using a tracked service (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
4. Non-refundable situations
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- More than one opened bottle of the same product
- Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery
- Lost packages caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an unshipped order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@skinluna.shop. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
6. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
